    Room is not good, no hot water, No A/C, dinner is not tasty food. Worst experience for given money. Don’t plan anyone with family.

    The checkout was bad experience. The lady at the checkout didn't know the procedure . She even tried charging for the room rent which we had already paid .

    Was there for work 1st day room was horrible nothing was working properly but next day they changed gave a and better room staff was good n polite but hotel needs serious renovation

    do not book this hotel this is the second time I booked but I regret because the AC was not working properly even engineer visited nothing happened there was no water in the chat it was extremely low we book 2 rooms and both had same situations there was nothing to hang in the door think of when you enter the bathroom and there’s nothing to hang how do you take bath where do you put well not even a single thing was just giving cooler you were sweating through night in breakfast they have just given one Italy one wala in my entire life I have never seen anything like this usually breakfast is a buffetthis is terrible

    Overall the stay is average and the hotel is not maintained well especially the washrooms. It is not worth the money. We can stay here if there is no alternate option.

    The stay was comfortable. Courteous staff. The room interiors need fixing and upgrades. The room i stayed lacked provision of shower.

    Hotel staffs are pathetic no proper service. Without giving water bottles they are adding bills. Complementary breakfast was not that much great, they way they are treating guest it is not good.

    The bathroom closets were not cleaned, and extra beds were not provided despite being paid in advance. On the positive side, the location is convenient, being close to the palace and the zoo.
